Fix dryer door
Rodney was nice polite he fix the door the last tech Did Not Put Springs in Correct Place ! However when Rodney left he did not plug the dryer back in , when I did there's No Power or Light on the Dryer !!! Now it Does Not Work at All ! This is the 3 rd time service provider had no check their work & left me with a broken machine ! The washer top , the dryer door & now a broken dryer !!!

It's a partial fixed , The original call was , no light , no power, and the door won't open , ADA co came and replaced 1 fused - but still not heating… need a circuit board but apparently acccording to them is that the item is discontinued and no longer manufacturing… Cinch called sears ompany, same problem I told that it needs a circuit board, but tech said it's not.. only the fuse at the back. Now it's heating but there's a very dim light on the screen.. I told this at the beginning.

Refrigerator repair
On time, completed repair. Competent. Messy, did not clean up. 'Borrowed' my 9 volt battery and left with it. Left 2 burn marks on my vinyl tile floor! Needing work on people skills. Who is going to fix my floor?

Unfinished service repair
I believe the cam or "splutch" should be replaced. He was nice guy, but only looked in and underneath. I could not get the washer to make the loud noise while he was here, but it still is happening when I run the washer with clothes in it.

Washer repair experience
He came by 5. Came in and stated he needed to get paid first. Asked what the problem was. Ran it and wasn't sure what it was. Then replaced the agitator. Ran it again. Told me that it still was making the noise. Then he told me he needed consent to fix it. Claims he tried to call the insurance office. It was after 5 so no answer. Said he would wait five minutes. He simply left. Never told what is going to happen next. The job was not completed. No response from Sears to date. Would like a call back as to when to expect the job to be completed. Thanks.

Nothing fixed.
Your previous three employees did nothing to fix my service now Gustavo said he could not order any parts or do service since Sears is no longer contracted with choice. My refrigerator now has more issues than what I started with. Would never recommend Sears
