Good service
Tech provided good service and i feel he was well qualified to do the job. However I find it difficult to believe his explanation for low water level - equipment designed that way to conserve water. Assuming he is correct I would never buy a Maytag washer - inherited it when I bought house 2 months ago. I believe the washer is defective because tub fills on clean cycle but barely covers clothes no matter selected water level or how much clothes are in the machine.

waited all day for appt to show up(LIKE I HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO) finally got my repair completed at 6:30 pm and you want me to sign up for a maintenance cotract. YEH SURE

Jim and his partner showed up and went right to work troubleshooting the icemaker. While the problem was not found, they did a much more thorough troubleshooting than previous repairmen.

Washer and dryer
Fair at communication. Should have been able to talk to me when I was on the phone with my dad and my dad asked for him to talk to me and he didn't.
