Steven was Very professional. He explained what he was going to do. He looked at the problem and said that it would not be a good thing to just repair the icemaker because it would not be serviceable for very long because it was very old and was very BROKEN. He ordered the parts and when they got here he did his magic. So far so good.

He quickly diagnosed, got home warranty to approve the replacement of my compressor, then replaced my compressor.
