Refrigerator/Freezer issue
Jim was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything for me. I was told in June that with purchasing a warranty, I would only have to wait 30 days for it to be effective, but Jim said it was a 90 day wait if it was for the same problem, I had called before. I wish I had been told that initially.

It was finally done 3 weeks after initial visit when 2 parts were ordered. It took So long my parts didn't arrive for my first appointment for his return to do repair. I could not even track it as tracking # didn't register. Technicians were great though
