He was personable, helpful, explaining everything. I can think of no improvements! Rafael let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. That was very helpful. He found the source of the dishwasher leak right away. He fixed it and explained to me what the problem had been. He was considerate of me being on the phone with clients. I was able to continue my work while he was here. He explained the effect of the dust on the refrigerator having to run longer than normal. I was completely satisfied and the two appliances were well-taken care of.
