The tech showed up and evaluated why the parts that were ordered by the first diagnostic tech and installed by the second tech didn't fix the problem He did some checking removed the back panel and realized that the back was needing a good vacuum and cleaning He did that and the problem was resolved If one of the first 2 techs that came out just took a little time to evaluate the situation the problem wouldn't have taken 3 Visits The 3rd tech did his job Great I am requesting a full refund for parts that we paid for and did not need! Oven repair
Rafael was very knowledgeable & even had to drive across town to get the part for my oven. He also put covers on his shoes so he wouldn't track up the carpet. He was extremely pleasant and helpful.
