Excellent Technician
We had problems with our fish was unit wanting to start. The technician evaluated the situation and gave us suggestions as to how not overload the dishwasher especially not putting large heavy pots on the bottom that block the spray dispenser.

Top drawer tech!
He was VERY thorough in going over our refrigerator , and kept us advised as he was diagnosing the problem. Once the issue was diagnosed, he spent a great deal of time explaining the issue, the pricing and possible timeframes. He was very pleasant and well versed in the repair process. Definitely pleased with this gentleman, look forward to working with him in the repair process, and would recommend his company in general, and him personally.

David addressed situations on our trash compactor, dishwasher, and electric oven. The electric oven needs items which he ordered to be delivered to our house and rescheduled the oven for 28 August, 2023. He was very thorough and professional.

Tech notes
Tech came & did his initial assessment even though one had been done prior by Conn's He recommended & plugged in a small fan that we have & wants it to run for two days before they return to make the necessary repairs. I don't feel comfortable leaving the fan running for two days as he said but we will do it in accordance with his recommendation.
