Tech did a great job…again!! However, this is the 5th or 6th time for the same problem within 4 years!!! Should've been replaced after #3 or # 4!!! Maytag USE to be a top brand. NO longer!!!

Dryer still not working
Brian and his colleague came out this second time. Now we realize I might need to purchase a motor for the dryer. They did the best they could. I watched them dissembled, and resemble the dryer. If I purchase a motor I would like Brian to service us. Thanks Brian.

Repair
My experience with Mohamed was wonderful he made sure everything was fixed properly this time. Wished he came to my home the first time. Unfortunately I had to wait 6 weeks and after 4 rescheduled appointments which was very frustrating to finally get my refrigerator fixed. Your customer service department is absolutely horrible and no one seems to care about the customer. Sears used to be a reputable company not anymore.
