He and the apprentice with him were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have recommended Sears Home Services to others. I have had good experiences with the company. The only problem I have had is the automated system. I don't know what number to call to talk to a human being.

Brian again was friendly and professional. He explained the service he was doing and what to expect moving forward. The only change for Sears would be to do a 4hr window instead of an 8hr window for appointments. You really can't plan anything for the morning or afternoon with an 8hr window wait time.
