A true professional
This is the 4th or 5th time Germaine came to our house to address the issue. The first 3 or 4 times, the parts they sent were broke so that's why we had to reschedule. This time the repair worked but still left a small problem. When Germaine got to our house he wasn't disrespectful or bothered by having to come out, got right to work and hopefully it's fixed for good now. Thank you!

Brian arrived so swiftly. He knew exactly where I had my difficulty; after I replaced my own Amana dryer belt. < Smile>. And even helped me further with encouragement! I will ALWAYS utilize Sears Home Appliance Repairs. He originated from a great base office => A&E. Meeting Brian,this early a.m. was a true blessing. I am, a very young, 72 year old casino employee. I know when I am given fabulous attention. Y'all did very well, when you added this true Gentleman to your "outside ~ visiting staff"! I am more than willing to share my name. Many Thanks ~ Sears & A.& E. Being an employee; in a large Atlantic City casino => I shall spread all good recommendations. Efficient and friendly
My Kenmore cooktop worked well. And then it decided to have a temper tantrum and worked only when it wanted to. The tech arrived, asked pertinent questions, examined the equipment, and decided that the problem was the computer board … which is no longer available. Ugh! 🙂
