Nicholas was quite "formal!" He entered my home, I introduced myself and he told me his name. I told him what the problem was and he dove right in, making the adjustments/repairs. He completed the job and politely left!

Refrigerator Repair
Roosevelt was very knowledgeable and quick to determine the cause of the problem with the refrigerator. He made several calls in order to get the part needed for repair.
