Worse experience!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
The entire experience has been absolutely horrible. The 1st day he did not arrive within the window time kept getting pushed back again and again. When finally showed the following day after pushing the time back again he seemed uninterested in doing any of the work. Said I can purchase my thermostat for cheaper because the store he needed to go tho was closed, only to find out I was not able to purchase it cheaper. He said he'd be back Monday I called him on Monday told him to get the thermostat before he came back, again never showed then pushed my appt back until Friday. When he arrives on Friday he does not have the thermostat says he has to call for approval. Calls his manager Lee who says no I as the customer has to get it because the thermostat is to expensive. Me and granddaughter ask to speak to Lee while the technician is on the phone. The tech acts like he doesn't want us to touch his phone we said he can leave it on speaker Lee then proceeds to hang up the phone when he heard us ask to speak to the manager. I'm then wondering what exactly he thought he was coming out to do today, I ask him and he says I don't know. I went over 2 weeks without one of those during the heat wave only to still not have it fixed and now have to contact another company. I do not recommend, from the customer service team on the phone to the technicians to the management. Super unprofessional
