Clothes Washer Repair
Problem was fixed but the glass door broke in the process. I have to call again to report the issue. Waited on the call for over 2hr.30min no one picked up the call. Need to call again today.

Unsatisfied
Malcom replaced the parts that were ordered based on the diagnostic, however the problem is still occurring. The issue with the washer is that it is showing "UL" on the display. I did one load and it worked fine. Now the second load which is only a few pieces, it is showing error

Didn't take responsibility for the work
Didn't explain the report properly to me, just sent it to the warranty company and they said its missing the part number. When I contacted, he said he can't help. Overall lack of responsibility and proper diagnosis, even though warranty company didn't do a great job either. used our washroom without even asking, spilled the bad water on the floor, didn't even apologize.. just casually asked me just get towels ....

Very confusing
I realize technicians are supposed to share what they are doing to your appliance. But this technician seemed confused and flustered by the whole situation. Starting even with how to park when he got to my house. He did not make the experience very seem less. He ended up not fixing anything. and I ended up calling Sear warranty back to see what I had to do next.

Fix refrigerator
My refrigerator is linking again as of today. The repair man refused to wear a mask when asked. I have to make another service call. It took several attempts to get service and the problem as not been solved.

Timer was not replaced?
Repair Gentlemen tried to explain to your agent that the dryer timer should be replaced and could not get approval???? I have never had an issue with your company before and have recommended Choice to many people.
