Washer repair
Kenneth was great and very informative. However I want to say that customer service and the automated service is horrible. Not being able to talk to anyone is horrible. I also had 2 no show appointments . We lost 2 days of work .

The repairman was very professional and had detailed information about the repairs and solutions. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix the problem with the ice maker because the internal wire was broken inside the refrigerator door and they discontinued making that type of door.

Kenmore washer and dryer repairs
Zaria did a great job fixing our washer. He was very professional. He explained everything he was doing . We had three Sears repairmen prior to repair our washer. They wanted to tear up my kitchen floor before they could repair the washer. Zaria came to check what the problem was. He said he had to order parts and he then he would make the repairs. The parts came, Zaria came and made the repairs. We have been trying to get our washer repaired since May. Thanks to Zariq. You are very fortunate to have Zariq as your employee.
