Technician good but sears can do better

Robert was knowledgeable and repaired my ice maker quickly. He mentioned that the base of the fridge needed cleaning and said there would be an addional charge for him to do it or I could do it myself. It isn't his fault that sears wants to charge the additional amount but for what I am paying annually, you would think that a service to make your products run efficiently would be included. So while I give Robert 5 stars, I'm giving sears 3 stars

Dyer repair

Technician was outstanding in every way.I am very annoyed that after I made first appointment...the day of it was cancelled at 1 pm, made a second appointment which Sears cancelled at 3:50 pm the day of the appointment...My time is valuable, I find this treatment unacceptable. They finally made the third appt.
