Excellent repair service
My 11 year old dishwasher wasn't draining, had a loose door handle, and didn't always start. I made an appointment online and got an appointment just two days after. Robert improved the way the door handle was attached so I will be able to fix it myself if it becomes loose again. He also showed me how to open the filter and clean it. There was a clog in the drain near the garbage disposal - that's now fixed. And the faulty starting is no longer a problem. I am very pleased with the quality of the service and the price was well worth it. The dishwasher is working perfectly now. If Robert is an example of the technicians Sears employs, I will certainly contact Sears for other appliance repairs.
