Mr Robert , Did a excellent job, however he should have ran a actual load of laundry in the washer. After he left the tub is now leaking water and another technician has to come to fix the leak on 9/14/2023. The tub is running alot water out of the machine onto the floor.

Technician took the time to troubleshoot and do diagnostic checks. Technician was thorough - despite the refrigerator current cooling problems at the time of visit. Thermometers were registering lower than suggested standards. A definite diagnosis was impossible. Four hours later, body of Unit is cooling and now registers at a temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Fan is circulating intermittently. Freezer temperature is finally registering at Zero degrees Farenheit for the first time in five days. I'll continue to monitor.

He did not want to answer my questions regarding maintenance of my refrigerator. Told me he was not into all that. I am used to the technicians being very friendly and willing answers questions.

Technician performed no inspection of the unit to see why the unit is not functioning properly. He noted in report the reason for the machine not working was due to the arm mechanism however, the unit was just replaced. I specifically said it's the water valve, the unit has TWO. Because the ice maker is dispensing water he reported it was working however it's not the case when the ice maker has TWO valves one for the water AND one for the water to flow to ice maker in order to make ice. This was not tested at all. Good service is so hard to find!!
