Wonderful communication and service
My Cafe series refrigerator needed repair and although it took a number of weeks to get to this service company (due to warranty issues ), I am very impressed with the overall attention and communication during the process of repairing my appliance. William was very pleasant and professional.

Bill did a good job! He figured out what our problem was, gave us an honest assessment of what would it would entail to fix it, as well as a thorough estimate for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was too old to have the necessary parts still available. Good honest representative of Sears Service. I would recommend!

Refrigerator filter
He found out immediately that it was just the filter although the green light was in!!!! Ordered it for me and he further tested the other lines and even checked my furnace for me as I had total knee replacement surgery and can't do stairs for 2 more weeks! Very nice, trustworthy person so I also wanted him to order the filter for me thru Sears! Definitely 5 stars

This guy knows his stuff
Arrived when he said he would. Was very knowledgeable about the situation. Was quick but accurate. Didn't recommend a fix because of the high cost as compared to purchasing new. Knew a lot about many different brands.
