Arrived when he said he would. Was very knowledgeable about the situation. Was quick but accurate. Didn't recommend a fix because of the high cost as compared to purchasing new. Knew a lot about many different brands.

Kind and professional

Curtis was very kind and knowledgeable. He was patient and worked my job schedule so I could get my washing machine repaired. He was able to find the problem quickly and fix it in no time.
