Thomas was WOHOOOOOO
The entire service experience with Sears has been HORRIBLE beyond words. The WORST communication (NONE), canceled appointments, no shows, just AWFUL. When we were FINALLY able to get a human being, Thomas went out of his way to make sure he helped. This after him not being told why he was coming to our house! This whole experience has been awful.

My experience with the service provided by Michael was AWESOME. Michael is a technician that's professional, knowledgeable, detailed, take his time when performing maintenance repairs. Michael takes his time to explain the problem to his customers. Michael keep his customers informed and give updates on the status work to be completed. Michael takes pride in his job. Michael make adjustments to appliances for safety of customers. Michael go above and beyond the call of duty and clean the area where he is doing a job. Michael give advice to customers concerning their appliances. Michael takes time to listen to his customers concerns and questions. Michael makes his customers feel VALUED and confident in his professional work ability. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT MICHAEL BE AWARDED WITH MERIT PAY INCREASE FOR OUTSTANDING WORK AS A TECHNICIAN AND DUE TO INFLATION INCREASE IN CHILD CARE, HEALTHCARE, GROCERIES AND FUEL COST.
