After several bad experiences, my warranty co. called in the guys from Sears. It was pretty easy to see that when the diagnostic check started these guys knew what they were doing. Would call on Matthew any time!

Stove Repair
Michael did a great job! He knew immediately that our stove could not be fixed due to a safety issue. He was very thorough & explained everything to us.

Michael was very nice. Fixed our problem and educated us. He took longer to get here than the tracker said, about 2.5 hours after the estimated time, but that could have been out of his control, I'm not sure.
