Did not explain enough
Although he did come and do his check ups, he did not explain what he was doing nor if what he was checking was okay or not. We like for people that come and do maintenance on our appliances to give us feedback and also clean our appliances. Our usual technician takes the time to clean and give maintenance to our appliances while at the same time tell us what he is doing and telling us if we can do something better.

Samsung Refrigerator
I thought all was well with the refrigerator after Daniel left; however, it is making a very loud knocking/clicking noise and no ice has been made yet. Daniel told me it might take up to 24 hours. I am concerned that it has not been fixed.
