Timothy did exactly what the other techs should have done. I feel sorry for anyone who buys the warranty. I've been with sears over 40 years. The other techs don't show up or half way do the job. Taken my business else where.

I gave 5 stars only because the repairman that showed up was fantastic! I would give only 2 or 3 stars for the first agent I spoke with when I purchased the protection plan. Not only did he get the email address wrong even after I spelled it out (and used common names for the alphabet letters) - he put down the completely wrong last name. I placed 5 phone calls today to get this set up and it's still wrong. The name on the account is Jace Jordan - not Jace Harwell. I was told on my 5th phone call that it showed Jace Jordan, but the survey says Jace Harwell and so did the payment receipt for the repair work. Can someone please fix this?
