Fixed issues with washer and dryer
Timothy is a hard worker and had excellent customer service!!! He called twice today about estimated time of arrival. He was also training a young man Trevor who was also excellent and good customer service. Both were very particular in the repairs but in our home. Good, dependable skilled men are hard to come by. Due to ordering parts etc. They were here on 2 occasions. Both times...they were professional.

Excellent service technician
Kevin was on time and ready to figure out our issue with the refrigerator. He is so personable and has a great attitude (and so funny). He found the second issue we were having with getting the fridge and freezer cold and it was fixed and running within an hour. Great service and he explained the things he did so we could understand it. Would love to request him specifically for any future work.

My dishwasher is an old one. That said, Michael was able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me a work around while the part needed was on order.

Going beyond expectaions
Brian was great, he diagnosed the problem and then communicated the best way to handle it. Parts were an issue and needed to be ordered. A return trip was needed. Brian texted me and responded immediately. Great customer service.

Did His Job
He came, did his job. It would have been better if the tech showed up on Dec. 27 like originally scheduled and not make us wait 2 more weeks for the next available appointment. We paid for the warranty and do not feel we are getting the service we paid for.

A&E
Jimmy is a good repair man and very helpful . I just feel like it's not good to send a technician to someone house that you can't reach them 5 mins after they leave your home to let them know that what they did didn't work. Jimmy said that he would be happy to come back to fix it the next day if A&E would send him, but no you are making me wait until the 9th I've already waited since the the 12th of Dec for it to get fixed. That's a month without a dryer. I'm out of town on the 9th of January and now you're saying the 16th this is utterly ridiculous!!! You should take care of your customers that have been waiting the longest. I'm very unhappy. I shouldn't have to pay another service fee either.

Lawn Mower Repair.
The technician did a great job. This system needs to more consumer friendly. Sears has no way to contact customer service directly. You have to go through numerous button pressing on the phone until you reach a final recording that tries to sell you some type of service and when you don't respond the call ends! The service technician is great. Sears needs to have some real people to answer questions!
