Oven works
Johnny did a good job fixing my oven. I'm giving 4 stars because upon checking his work, Johnny caused food residue to burn off causing part of my home to fill with smoke. I would've cleaned up any mess had he told me about it before hand.My couches and various items smell like smoke.

Refrigerator repair
The young man was very nice and professional. He explained the problem and informed us that it was not possible to repair because they no longer made parts for the unit.

Not the right chemistry that day
I didn't hear technician at the door and tried to get him to turn around but he was overbooked that day and a little 'testy'. But he did come back later, still acted like he couldn't wait to leave. Ordered a part, but didn't pull the washer out to see a hose had a bubble and was about to burst.

Refrigerator repair
Fortunately the ice maker started working again on 7/29 and cooling of the refrigerator also. Didn't cancel app't as I needed to know why these had stopped working. Not until after the the job was finished did I learn that I could not open the refrigerator for 24 hours. I had to quickly open because my breakfast was inside. I had already lost a sufficient anount of food.

Service good, schedule bad
Placed called the first of the month for a repeat call on range. Service manager call and explain problem (same as before), will order parts. Received e mail about arrival, parts department forgot to let repair man know about parts were in house. Had to reschedule time for the following week. Johnny did a very good job of replacing parts and careful of work area. Reschedule was not his problem, higher up drop the ball!

Price was higher than expected
Why we have been charged 129 instead of 109? I am really disappointed with that.

Rotten Eggs
If I could give this technician less than one star I would. This technician missed his first appointment. Then I waited two weeks for parts. He did not reassemble my freezer correctly and left parts uncovered that should not be uncovered. Plus my fridge is still not cooling. Also, FYI he uses a fake profile picture.
