Absolutely tops!
Raul was absolutely awesome. He showed up bright and early in the morning which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, informative and took his time with me which was great. We even found out we had a connection from the Bronx! Lol I would highly recommend him if he's available because I certainly plan to request him next time I need a service call!

The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally courteous. He wasted no time in examining the mechanics and electronic components of our refrigerator thereby quickly diagnosing the source of our refrigerator cooling problems. His adjustments and recommendations were well received and very much appreciated which should surely extend the operational efficiency and life of our refrigerator. An outstandingly competent technician of whom Sears Home Services can be exceptionally proud. The best customer service and support by a technician I have experienced in quite a long time!
