Terrible Service Experience with Washer
I have a problem with my washer, I had someone from Sears come last week and he said he would fix the issue by this week. However, nothing was done and someone came and told me that it would take 2+ weeks to fix it when a simple solution is to just replace the unit (and it would be cheaper). Very frustrating experience and no help

It should be a zero!!!!!!
No one ever showed up nor was I called to say they were not coming. I am very upset to have waited all day for a no show. This doesn't set well with me. I was also texted an hour before 5:00 stating that they would come between 5:01 and 6:30. Truly this is not good!!!

No show No call
Jonathan never showed up, did not call, or text. I ruined an entire day..only to have to give up another day in hopes that someone will come. I think the appointment window should be shorter, especially if they're not guaranteed to show up. This is really bad business and I am highly disappointed.

Refrigerator
Very disappointed. It is going on 2 months since the original problem, 3rd attempt to fix the refrigerator, and it's still not fixed. Sears keep changing technicians each time. 3d technician came on Friday, put new control board and left, and it didn't fix the issue. We were left without a refrigerator for the weekend. New appointment scheduled for Tuesday.
