Best service ever
Timothy was the most polite, professional, and caring technician I have ever had experience with. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and made the short time we had together enjoyable as he conversed with me about life and more. He was great at explaining other services he and the company could provide me and the benefits that go along with them. In my opinion the man deserves a raise and more than a 5 star rating, unfortunately 5 is all I'm allowed to give. Thank you again Timothy and to Sears for helping me fix my appliance.
