Fast , Efficient and knowledgable
Mr. Vick seemed to know the issue before setting hands on my appliance. He fixed it in a matter of 20 minutes or less. I'm very pleased with my service.

Philip was polite, friendly and did a fine job.
No technician showed up for my appointment Monday or Tuesday which meant I wasted 2 days. I was rescheduled for today and Philip contacted in the morning and let me know when he thought he'd be here. I even had a phone number with which to contact him if needed. He diagnosed the problem promptly and was able to fix it in good time. I appreciate his good service but think your scheduling system is lacking. That's not good customer service to leave me waiting 2 days and no way to talk to a living person.
