Although it took some effort and patience to schedule the service through automated scheduling, once I was able to speak to an actual human being all went smoothly. The service call was outstanding! He was on time, professional, and resolved the issue. I also appreciate having the same service repairman who resolved the issue with my oven.

Kim has the personality and technical skills to master most any task he takes on. After a friendly introduction he First outlines what he is going to do. Then, Second he does it and Third, he tells you what he did and finally he instructs you to call if you continue to have any problems. Doesn't get much better than that!
