Sears network appliance repairs
The Sears network system is an unmitigated disaster. You are told to wait at home from 8 to 5 pm, then get a text at 5:15 pm that your appt has been rescheduled for 2-3 days off. This has happened three times to me — 3 full days out of the office with no repair guy, then 3 additional days hoping he will show up before dark. 6 days out of the office! For rather straightforward appliance repairs!. Never again! The repair guys are excellent, but the home office and the system for assigning them is intolerable. I will not do further business with this organization.

Benjamin was terrific! The previous consultant had not ordered all parts needed for the repair. Benjamin called, found part, drove an hour to pick up and an hour back to fix our refrigerator! Absolutely the best service we've received!
