My washing machine had broken down a few months ago. Austin was one of the technicians on that service call. They repaired the problem to my satisfaction, and all was well until recently. A switch inside the machine broke. When he arrived, Austin identified the problem and proceeded to repair it. Fortunately, he had the proper replacement on his truck to make the repair. He had to slightly modify it so it would function properly. His service call was not long and his work was well done.
