Poor communication from Sears
Technician walked in and said they don't work on washers that have been taken apart even though in the notes it has been stated that I have 3 parts to install. Also they did not make the original appt with no notification. My washer under warranty has not worked for 5 weeks. 3 technicians have been here. Still not fixed and they have missed 4 appts scheduled!

Not happy
Initially there was water leak, technician came replaced part. Approximately after 35-38 days the same issue reoccurred, as sears have policy to cover only 30days, I need to repay the cost again. The second when part got replaced..ice machine stopped working. Technician again came and corrected…when checked again saw water, technician said it condensation…condensation happen in just few mins and water forms??? I doubt I need to recall and repay for the same….not happy

Claims complete work when none is done
Twice he came and left without doing anything and marked as "job complete". Zero communication s well.

Very Disappointed
The ice maker in my freezer stopped making ice. The technician has made 3 visits, including a new ice maker as well as a water inlet valve. It is not making ice.

Didn't show or call
I would really like to give a Zero rating because he has not shown up or called for numerous weeks now to repair our dishwasher which has been broken since the first week of May. He has called once in all that time and said he would order parts which Sears has no record of them ever being ordered. I plan to make of all the appointments for which he has not come or called and I have waited entire days including today. It's time for our dishwasher to be replaced since it hasn't or couldn't be repaired for nearly 2 months now.

Never provided any service
A technician named Suamys S came earlier in the day and corrected the problem. His service was exemplary. The technician named Dimitri came later in the afternoon. I told him that the problem was corrected earlier by Suamys and his service was not required. He left.

It was suggested that the water pressure sensor was bad but it didn't fix the issue.

Technician is great, but Sears Sucks
Sears gave us 8-5 window for a 5 min repair job. When they booked it we asked last technician that whether this appointment can be in the afternoon or not. So he said yes. Now Sears sent us a time range on a Saturday with all our plans lined up for the morning at 8.50am, the technician called us saying that the dispatcher already dispatched them for these area and they cannot come in the afternoon. Before this when we kept our whole day free, they came at 4.00pm. I am so wondering how a technician appointment can span 8 hours? It is a full day's job for someone who needs some repair for 5 minutes. They just get away with this system because they tread on people's difficult situation. Really dissatisfied with Sears. One star is just for the great technician and his great service. That has nothing to do with Sears.

Technician a no show & claimed to complete service call
If I could submit w zero stars, I would. Technician never showed up to the home. Each time we called the number provided, the system informed us the appointment was further delayed. We were assured that he would call when he was on the way. He never contacted us. This appointment was initiated by a home warranty company. They were able to speak w an a&e representative at 5:15 who stated the technician was on the way to our home. He didn't show up & subsequently submitted false documents claiming he completed the service at 7:17pm. The documents contained a fraudulent model & serial numbers for the appliance as well as a large "X" in place of the customer signature. This dishonesty shows a complete lack of respect for the customer & should not be tolerated by anyone.
