Our email said parts were installed. No parts were installed; they were picked up and returned. We were forced to our have a new appliance after thirteen failed service calls to repair it.

terrible customer service scheduling

Benjaimn was fine once he got here. Appointment was for 8/9. All day the time kept getting pushed back and finally resulted in a no show with no notice. Instead of rescheduling the next day, the appointment was rescheduled for 8/11. That appointment also kept getting pushed back; but, eventually the repairman showed up. The Sears phone service is terrible. It does not allow you to talk to a live person. Avoid Sears repair service if you can.

Did not fix the problem

The technician did not fix the problem and ended up wasting our time, kids + family is unhappy. I had to arrange for portable fridge. The issues are still unresolved.

Oven not working

The one day the technician come the oven works. Technician tells me I do not know how to work my stove that I have had for 7 years and I need to remove the foil I have protecting the bottom of my oven. Wait of time and day. Especially since sears do not give you a 2-4 hour window... 8 hour window. He was on Google or his phone and did nothing to my stove I hadn't done. I bet my oven will not work tomorrow.
