Thanks Edmar for his third attempt to fix the vent blockage issue. Defrost could not fix the problem. hope the reseal can do better. Will continue monitoring the refrigerator and may do a recall if the problem reoccurs.

Took a month to fix problem. Ice maker problem and whole fridge stopped working when he left 8/19. Service is poor and costly with NO refrigerator

I would rate the service lower, however there's no indication who was responsible for the misdiagnosis, improper repair, delayed ordering. No ownership in the communication in the sears home service department. It was a matter of 2 1/2 months before we are repaired*. Suamys was very kind, but the lack of professionalism in the sears process left much to be desired. Please consider providing some form of compensation if unable to fulfill the service call in a timely fashion. Escalation to upper management should have taken place much sooner. *Not 100% sure the refrigerator is fully functioning yet.

The dishwasher is still not working - the AE code comes on as it did before and does not shut off. We've waited two weeks to get this fixed and after all this it still isn't

I spoke to a service tech on Wed who walked me thru cleaning the filter on the washing machine and I got the machine working. he said they would make notes to have him open and clean the machine to make sure it wasn't clogged anywhere in the drain pipe. this gentleman man-sprained to me what he thought was Going on ran a quick spin cycle (which I had already done) said nothing was done and left. he did nothing and didn't want to do anything extra didn't even bring a tool in it check to make sure it was ok or in the back, didn't move the alliance, or help clean anything out. I had to let him know I was not a dumb house wife so he would stop talking down to me, being a woman
