Ignacio was fine, but service terrible!
My review is based on Sears service, not the technician. Service was terrible. It took two weeks to fix my oven! Even worse, they give a huge window for service man to appear, then change it going through the whole day until it's cancelled and rescheduled to the next week ! So I had to stay home for two whole days waiting for a technician that does not show up! Plus they don't tell you the scheduled time has changed over and over. Only way to know is to go to Sears service website!

Appears to have resolved problem
Edmar arrived late, but it appears that he resolved the problem. In removing the ice from the bottom of the freezer, he hammered on it, which chipped the paint there. He declined to look at the gasket on the bottom of the freezer door; which I reported as the possible cause of the leak. He stated that he wasn't given any information about a leaking gasket.

Incomplete repair.
Technician was unable to commplete repair due to problem accessing a critical internal part of the refrigerator cooling system. A screw could not be removed to allow access. It seems the screw had been previously removed for another repair and was improperly reinstalled.

Ice Maker problem
I was told that the icemaker freezes up and I need to get in there and clean it out so the water does not overflow and make the icemaker make loud cracking sounds. I thought that was part of the service agreement I paid hundreds of dollars for so that the repair person can come out and service my refer! Suamys was polite and worked fast. He made sure to protect the floor and clean up afterwards. Nice guy.

He was smart and thorough. But he did leave a lot of mid from boot on the floor. Some kind of shoe cover would be nice

Technician efficient; Sears repair service NOT
We have been awaiting this a/c repair for over 1 month. Fortunately, we have an upstairs unit which helped cool the 1st floor. Multiple attempts to schedule our appointment sooner, with no response. Difficult to reach a person(1⭐️). Technician was friendly, competent and efficient. (5⭐️)We are grateful he was able to troubleshoot and repair our unit in less than 30 min.

Dishwasher repair
Technican was great diagnosed problem order right part and when I finally got a way to contact A&e service ie. sears home service , it went well. Problem was the service order I got from a&e didnt work on we site. There was no phone number to reach a&e . I could not confirm I got the part . I had to call my service contract provider 5 times to finally get sone there that said they would confirm appointment. I got a confirmation at 10:21 the next day and the tech showed up at 10:30 very bad system need way to contact service company directly I would not them for this reason!!!
