Good service repair man
We had tried to schedule maintenance appointments for appliances on this master protection agreement for 3 months. We finally called back and spoke with Clara the best rep and Timonthy was the best service rep. He came and looked at all appliances and worked really hard to make sure appliances were in working order.

Mark did a wonderful Job. He was courteous, through and he cleaned and cleared the old parts and the boxes away. I really appreciate how he presents himself and how he works. He also performed the preventive check on my freezer. He was great.

He called before appt to give his ETA. Arrived on time. Reviewed the problem and what the phone tech had me do. Then he fixed the dishwasher. He is a kind, considerate, knowledgeable professional!!!!!
