Great Technician
Mr. Timothy M. was very efficient as a technician, but I definitely have issues with the Sears Repair company and their lack of communication with customers for scheduling repairs that need to be completed. Maybe they should consider hiring more technicians instead of lying to customers regarding pending appointments that never come into fruition.

Awesome Professional
He came to access my microwave and dishwasher, he was able to order replacement parts in less than 10 minutes for both appliances. Parts shipped to my house, he was there days later to install both parts seamlessly. By the time I looked up, both appliances were functioning perfectly. Super star service
