The technicians were very polite and friendly, but my washer is not repaired--I washed a light load of clothes and it filled up with water again on the spin cycle and would not spin out. Made a grating (bad) sound when it tried to spin the water out. Rescheduled another appointment for Monday, July 31. This the third attempt to get washer repaired.
