I was not given a call prior to an hour before technician arrival so I was later when the technician had arrived. Since I was late the technician attended another job delaying my appointment. The technician didn't check everything and was about to leave but luckily since I suggested to check something that was when the problem was discovered and solution was provided.

Dmitri checked out appliance and said he didn't know what was wrong with it and couldn't fix it! It kept blowing the circuit every 11-12 hours!

Dimitri has been to our home 2 times both times were bad. First time was a year ago. He came we paid him his fee, he looked at our fridge and said " I have bad news for you, you will have to unplug your fridge and leave it for 24 hours then plug it back in." He left with our fee. He did nothing at that time. We had someone else come the next day and they repaired it. I again had to pay the fee. Today he wanted the fee, I told him I would pay him when work was done, he said no, I said I will write the check and hold it until the work is done he said no and left. I am happy to pay for work done but not to give someone money and have them do nothing. PLEASE never send this man to our home again. Thank you, Sandra Newton.

GE Cafe Gas Range

Steven came out and called someone from GE to assist in diagnosis of GE Cafe gas range. Once he was told what part was needed he went to order it and told me they discontinued it and there was no option to fix (range is under 5 years old). He gave me the GE part number WB21k10154. I reached out to GE and was told that was not true and I could buy. Tried reaching back out to Steven and only communication was through call center. They rescheduled him to come back out today and then I got notification it had been canceled (no explanation). Called again and got another appointment and that one was canceled. Frustrated I called another company and they have ordered the part needed and will replace. Horrible experience

The gentleman came to perform the repair but he could not do the PM on the freezer because it was not included on his service ticket. I had to call back in to set another appointment for a PM check. Both the repair and PM should have been performed at the same time. This was inefficient. The gentleman pulled my freezer out from the wall and did not put it back. That I do not appreciate. This was not a good experience for me. I would give this service a negative rating instead of a 1.

My 1 star rating is to get attention since there is no way to call or speak with a live agent now even though the job is not done. The technician did not have the parts with him. Last week when aI had a chat with your live agent I was told that technician would have the parts. After the technician left the packages were delivered though. I have attempted to reschedule so the parts can be installed but see no way to do it. Last week I was told that the parts could not be sourced locally and they'd be shipped. After that I got the message that technician would have the parts. When I clicked on the service link in to double-check under where there had been a tracking number the word"cancel" was there twice. This is why I be trusted your system. I have no issues with your technician. He did his job, but your communication system is not working as you may believe it is. It is the problem I think. Please help me. My tenants still do not have a working dishwasher and this has been the third day of them accommodating a technician visit in an 8 -5 window. Thank you!
