The only reason this is not a 5 is because I was expecting the tech to clean the lint from machine based on my scheduling call; however no one gave me notice that this was an additional charge. If I had bee. Made aware of that during scheduling it would have been great.

Very polite and efficient. Cleaned up any messes he made. I had a small problem because my dogs are quite rowdy which would have been alleviated had I had a heads up phone call. The window for service was from 8:00 to 5:00 which is an awfully large window. And Jorge arrived at about 4 :30. Very nice man. I'm very pleased.

Jorge did a good job in his repairs Timing should be half days not 8 to 5 Technician should know his travel plans to allow a better timeframe for both technician and customer.

Refrigerator work
He is an awesome worker came to my house two times to fix my refrigerator.
