Osie did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. It turns out the ice maker fan has failed and it is way too expensive to replace in a 12 year old refrigerator so we will purchase a new refrigerator.

From the moment he showed up until the goodbye wave, Osei was an absolute professional! He quickly diagnosed the problem, realized booking did give him enough time, but didn't "cut bait & run." He kicked into a faster gear, worked hard, cleaned up as he went, explained everything, answered my questions, and constantly stayed pleasant. He wasn't braggadocios know-it-all who couldn't wait to get to lunch as some repairmen can be. Thank you, Sears. Another job well done!!
