He was friendly…
James was very nice. We were not happy with Sears overall because they never showed up for our initial scheduled appointment despite the parts having arrived, that they ordered and we were home all day waiting, but that wasn't James fault. He showed up and was very nice. He just needed to replace a broken rubber piece and metal ring that broke on the washer, making it leak. He took apart the entire washer like the guy who fixed this problem did 6 months ago when this problem happened then as well (never buy a GE washer) but this guy took 90 minutes when the other guy took 30. It was clear he was trying to make extra money since it was on GE's dime since it's under warranty still. I wasn't going to call him out, but now our washer is glitching left and right. I don't know what he did to it, I open the door and close it, not even starting a load and it'll start a load without locking the door. Huge problem since once the door wasn't closed all the way and busted open with water inside. I had to drain it, and unplug it so it won't randomly start again without me starting the washer, and now I need to contact the warranty department yet again and probably go without a washer for 3 more weeks.

A no show
I never saw Johnathan L did not get a phone call … nothing… just a receipt saying he diagnosed my unit… how when we never saw you!!!! 🤷🏽♀️ I tried reaching out to Sears but I couldn't get a person… that's nearly impossible…. FRUSTRATED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT … I took off of work to wait for Sears & essentially wasted my time ‼️
