William came in to my home to assess the issues we were having with our refrigerators ice maker, after looking over the items he'd need for repairs, he ordered the parts and made another appointment for the repairs to be made. When he came back, he was very respectful of my home and property, and even listened to my concerns, taking my own advice into consideration. He fixed my ice maker in a very timely manner and wished us all a Merry Christmas. He has a great personality and is a kind soul! Thank you William for getting us back up and running for the holiday's, just in time!
