Mathew was awesome, over worked, there is no way that one person should work a 10 hour day. For the hours he put in he did a fantastic job without complaining at all. But please have your technician work less hours.

Control Board defective
Nick fixed my Samsung clothes washer. It wouldn't function at all and he replaced the control board to fix it. Great job!
