Terrible
He did not tell me anything other than they could not get the part. He walked out of the door without giving me a receipt for my payment. He could not answer any questions that I had, he just skirted around the question. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this was a waste of my time and money.

Dud machine
Kolya was great but you folks has had to send a repairman out at least 5 times and has spent over 1000 dollars on this machine. Our confidence in this washing machine is zero. We want a new machine! This is a dud!!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated
He would not work on the ice maker because we had removed the bottom panel. We removed it because it was leaking all over our wooden floor due to the last time he was here! We did not try to repair ANYTHING! We only dried up the water to protect our floors but he didn't want to acknowledge that! We left it off because we had a scheduled appointment with him.
