The part that was replaced. We used the the dryer then it made pop sound then will not turn on or work at all

No show not his fault
Choice Home Warranty coded my problem incorrectly. Technician not allowed to effect any repairs. He was expected at 9 am and notified me of his problem at 1:30. CHW is reworking my claim. Do not use CHW for a home warranty company.

Waste of money and time
Technician did not call to set up a time. He just told me when he was going to arrive. I had to leave work which caused me to lose money and meet him at my house. Then he took my stove apart. Did not tell me he would not waive the diagnostic fee for repairs that were done. He was supposed to have the parts to fix the oven had no parts did not fix the oven and I had to pay the diagnostic fee and then he left and did not put my oven back together. I will never use yawls service again ever

Warranty and repair person issues
He didn't go into the house and look at the stove, he said a plumber would have to look for the gas leak. He said all he could do would be to pull the stove and pour water on the line to look for bubbles and I asked him to do that so we could report back to the gas company.

Poor service
He was supposed to show up Wednesday. Never showed up. I called Sears and they said the repairman tried to call me for a passcode to get in. There is no passcode required to get to my address. He must have gone to wrong address. Sears rescheduled my appointment. After several texts that the repairman was on the way, he finally showed up late in the afternoon. Sears has a severe problem with their scheduling procedures. I had to take two days off from work to accommodate Sears' poor, at best, service. The serviceman, Carter, was very professional when he did arrive.

Poor job
My washer is still not fixed even though I pointed out that it was still having the problem I originally called to have fixed. I am so dissatisfied with the whole thing, I paid good money for this warranty. It took four appointments before he showed up, I waited 3 wks for him to finally show up. I stayed home waiting. I am so fed up

Not concerned
Sears technical came out because I smell gas from my dryer and supposedly check my dryer out for a few more things, he told me the dryer working fine and I was supposed to smell a little gas, he said it was like propane tank when you light it, I asked him was he sure because I never smell gas before and he said it normal, well I didn't feel comfortable with what he told me so I called Spire gas company and sure enough I had a small gas leak, where a valve had to be changed out,so my question is what did I pay choice home warranty for, when I had to put the charge on my gas bill, not happy at all

Our experience with Sears overall was horrible. The initial visit we were told the drain pump needed replacement. The second visit the drain pump was replaced but the problem wasn't fixed. On the third visit the technician said the wrong part was replaced. The 4th visit the part that was delivered was broken, but the tech said the pump just needed a booster. The next visit we were stood up and yesterdays visit the tech said there is no such thing as a booster…. Cleaned out the drain and said it was fixed… after he left we realized that he broke the door on our dishwasher. This was the worst repair experience I've ever had.
