Not a very happy Technician 👨‍🔧

He was very rude . Very unpleasant to deal with. I asked questions and he actually acted like it was a bother to ask him anything. Left his trash in my laundry room . He's needs an education on customer service. I am thankful my washer is fixed . Thank you. Maybe he was having a bad day. But It was the beginning of the day.

The first day scheduled they were a no show. Today they came out and said it was a plumbing problem. Really? I don't know anymore.

Absolutely horrible service

Did not fix my dryer. The first person that came out was apparently supposed to fix the dryer but fixed the washing machine. A man came out today to fix the dryer or at least I thought but turns out he only has a ticket for the washing machine which is fixed. He turned on the dryer and said there is definitely something wrong with it but he can not fix it because his ticket states to fix a washing machine. This is the third time someone has came out now I have to try and get someone to come out for the 4th time. To top it off you can't even talk to an actual person it's an automated machine.

When he got here my air was fine, he cleaned it. It is now 230 am ! It's hot! My air has been running continuously for hrs. It's 80 degrees. In my house I suggest you send someone out here early in the Am .

He never showed up between 8-5. He did call at 7 pm. Said he was on his way. I said never mind. Lost a whole day because of no communication. Need to reschedule and make sure the tech will be here between 8-5. Also a 9 hr window sucks. This needs serious improvement.

Charles called to say he would be to my house within the hour. He showed up yes. He "worked" on it Yessss. He didn't call to say what was wrong to begin with. The refrigerator is still throwing codes and the back wall is freezing up like it's been doing. Clearly it was NOT fixed after waiting 6 weeks for this.
