Poor Service
I didn't care for his attitude. He tried to say somebody else had came in there and mess with the unit, and I have been out of the country for three months with the passport to prove it. I told him no one had been there, but he insisted that somebody had as if I were lying he was more concerned about locking his car up for whatever reason than really trying to take a look to see what was going on. All he did was pull the cover off and looked at it said nothing was wrong that one of the thing the pipe had probably froze over and it thawed out. He did get it working with just that all he did was turn it on the thermostat. He did not fix on the wall that need to be put back into the holes where it was screwed in he was mainly concerned about collecting his $65 service fee and beyond his way, I told him he was the last one that had came out there to service it. He works for Sears and I think his main goal was he wanted us to get a whole new unit put in through Sears forever $10,000. so I'm not a happy camper.

Non communication
Richard was a very kind and explained his diagnosis well. He ordered the parts right away and scheduled the day he would come to install it. The problem was that I was not given his phone number so we could communicate. The link to Sears sent on the text kept me understanding that he would be coming that date. But instead after the day was over and he hadn't shown up, the message on the link would give me a new date. This happened 3 times. When I called the no. given by Cinch to communicate with Sears it was an automated system that when asked for speaking to a representative would transfer to a foreign country, where the representative would not be able to give an explanation of why the tech didn't show up after waiting for him all day. This is a very poor way of communicating and is unacceptable in my opinion. If you, Sears, would just communicate you would have good service. Richard was a very pleasant and informative person. Just change your policy and allow the tech to directly communicate with the customer.

Just Horrible
John came out to service my unit on July 22, 2024 and told me nothing was wrong with the unit, even though when he left my home it was over 84 degrees inside. He closed out the ticked leaving my home in the same state that he found it. I had to go through my home warranty company again to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN. They sent John back on August 7, 2024 marking a whole month with no air conditioning in a city where there has been an heat advisory alert daily. He then tells me that it could "possibly" be the air ducts and then told me that he can't check them because this is something he can't/doesn't do. So once again I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN with my warranty company in order to send someone back out check the air ducts. This recommendation should have been made on the first visit and maybe just maybe I could have air conditioning in my home by now. I would most definitely not recommend Sears to anyone I know.

Over Worked Technicans
At first I placed the blame on my Technician who didn't show up but then after talking to him when he called me at almost 10p with no breaks, I discovered the blame is on his employer. Poor guy's work issued vehicle is on its last leg and won't even hold gas because it's got a leak. He is coming out of pocket just to make his everyday needs. Shame on your Sears! Sure I am upset that my AC has been broken for 3 weeks because CHW and Sears can't get their act together but I'm even more disappointed in the way you guys treat your employees.

What is it with Sears Technicians
This tech Isaiah F. Is a No show Canceled the appointment didn't call or text. But he had no Problem signing a form that I the customer was supposed to sign. This is my opinion is forgery.

Fraud no stars
Fraud, this technician never came out I never signed anything, was suppose to be here on may 13 thru warranty company Was a no show so claim was assigned last week, then a sear tech calls me yesterday may 20 and i told him the claim was reassigned long ago for failure to show. Today i get a bill for work never done on system no one came here may 20th , not repaired by them nor did i sign any form with them. pure fraud...
