GE dryer
The service technician arrived on time, but his unpleasant appearance and body odor made the experience uncomfortable. He appeared to be in a hurry and did not perform a thorough assessment of the problem. He talked on the phone while performing the assessment. The assessment was complete in 5 minutes.

NICE technician/ Disappointing service
Please ask customers in the future if they have pets...i.e. dogs. The technician was afraid of our dog. Technician also did not appear to have working knowledge of the washing machine model we have. Very pleasant young man... VERY disappointing service.

Poor service
Rashad is not a trained technician, more of a helper. Nice guy but needs more training. Could not fix my problem, had to call someone else throughout his visit.

Did not fix
Did not put the nut back on and put the pulley over the melted pulley and my washer is still not working properly.

Not pleased with sears service at all
Replace board but did not eat to look at temps on fridge cause he just replaces the computer board. I was very displeased with attitude.

Appliance not repaired
Raymond worked on the microwave then left without saying a word to anyone. I went outside to see if he was still here and he was gone. I checked the microwave and it has the same issue as before he worked on it. The problem is that you have to physically hold the door closed in order for the microwave to run. If you let go of the door the microwave stops. Raymond should have told us that he had completed the repair and allow us to see a demonstration that the microwave is working properly. He did not, he just left and did not repair the issue

Technician
Not pleased at all. Carlos is kind, but I need my range fixed. And another part that was working is broken by your technician that's no longer with your company , Dylan as I can remember. I can understnd why he's no longer emplloyed with SEARS, and I am being held responsible for him breaking my front right burner , when nothing was wrong with it. SEARS needs to fix the burner that your employee at the last visit to my home broke. And Carlos noted that all off thr screws when he opened under thr hood were not there . Dylan lef my range in the middle of the floor and I and my husband are disabled , so I had to get a friend to push it back. Grieving

Bruce the tec was great!! The service dept suck they cancelled on me 5 diff times on the end of the day of app so I missed 5 days of work took almost a month to get y'all back out after the first visit
